Ceramic Organization Creation!

Berry Bowls on the Wheel!

Wednesdays, 5–8pm, July 23–August 20, 4 weeks Instructor Kathleen DeJong, Ages 18+, $145, Studio A

Walk through the process of wheel throwing a bowl and hand building a base to create a berry bowl. You’ll also explore basic glazing techniques. All skill levels welcome. Note: this is a 5-week course, but 1 week is added to the timeline for drying.

Nature Inspired Ceramics

With the use of natural elements such as leaves bark, seashells, and flowers, you’ll create unique textures giving projects an organic touch. Experiment with glazes and washes that highlight these natural textures and enhance the beauty of your creations! All skill levels welcome.

This figure drawing class focuses on gesture, proportion, structure, line, and shading in drawing the human form. You’ll work directly from a live model for both short and long poses in graphite, charcoal, and pastel.
