Our annual Art After Dark fundraiser returns this year with a new twist and will take place at our home on 4th Street in beautiful downtown Chesterton. The unGala welcomes the community to celebrate CAC's mission of creating access to Art for All. 

“We’re excited to bring the event to our home this year to highlight who we are and all we do. Our guests will experience a wonderful, festive evening of music, food, art, and great company while celebrating CAC. What better way to do that than to hold the event at the center where we can show people the exhibitions in the gallery, the art made in the studios, and the impact CAC has in our community.” said Hannah Hammond-Hagman, CAC Executive Director. “We have a beautiful home in the heart of downtown Chesterton, and we're excited to share that with others.”

Art After Dark: Art for All is an inside/outside event that will take place both inside CAC and outside beneath tents on 4th Street. Outside, guests will enjoy a delicious dinner provided by Leroy’s Hot Stuff, live music from Stop, Drop, Rewind, and a cash bar. While inside, guests will be able to experience the current art exhibition, watch art demonstrations, bid on silent auction items, and make their own piece of art commemorating the evening.

There are a limited number of VIP Tickets available. VIP tickets include access to a pre-event reception from 6–7 PM hosted in the CAC gallery, where champagne and hors d’oeuvres will be served and local musician Marco Villarreal will perform. The VIP reception will be capped off with a special art experience.

Over the Rainbow ArtBash – June 28, 2025

Join us at The Great Hall at PNW on Saturday, June 28, at 5:30 pm CST and help Lubeznik Center for the Arts build our creative hub for our diverse community! We make incredible art experiences accessible to all, both inside and outside of our walls. Come dressed as a color of the rainbow, the whole rainbow or your favorite character from the Land of Oz!

The evening includes: Cocktails, Dinner, Silent & Live Auctions and Dancing.
